The research aimed to build the freedom of will and psychological narcissism for basketball players in the Professional League, and to identify the level of freedom of will and psychological narcissism among basketball players in the Professional League, and get to know the contribution and impact of freedom of will in reducing psychological narcissism among basketball players in the Professional League, to assume that the researcher assumes that it contributes and is linked and affects the results of the measure of freedom of will to the results of the psychological narcissism scale at the research sample, The descriptive approach was adopted in the style of correlation, and the borders of society were represented by the players of basketball distributed by their nature on (10) clubs after the end of the fifth round of the second stage of the Iraqi Professional League basketball for the sporting season (2024/2025), who number (118) players and they are by their nature distributed over (10) clubs, They were all chosen deliberately in a comprehensive inventory method by (100 %), from whom I was randomly chosen for the survey sample (8) players by (6.78 %) of the community of origin, as was chosen randomly for the building sample (56) players at (47.458 %) of the society from this society, and the remainder of the players are (54) players who were chosen by the main application sample by (45,763 %) From the origin of origin, as two selective scales were built for each of the two speaking phenomena and their application to the application of the application sample by conducting the scan for the period of time from Tuesday corresponding to the date (7/1/2025) until Thursday, corresponding to the date (19/2/2025) in the headquarters of the ten clubs under research, then addressing the results (SPSS) to be with conclusions and recommendations that Maqaisi is freedom of will and psychological narcissism praying to measure what was prepared for them, each of them enjoying the foundations and scientific conditions for their acceptance in sports psychology, and they are appropriate for basketball players in the Professional League, Freedom of will contributes to reducing the psychological narcissism of basketball in the professional league with a reverse moral relationship, and increasing the level of freedom of will positively affects the reduction of the level of psychological narcissism among basketball players in the Professional League, and it is necessary to increase the interest of the professional basketball league coaches in the psychological measurement of their players after the end of the fifth round of the second stage of the Iraqi Professional League in basketball to reduce the growing psychological phenomena Unwanted, it is necessary to pay attention to working to reduce the level of psychological narcissism among basketball players in the Professional League to reduce its negative and unwanted effects on the players of this group game.
