The development of the biomechanical elements associated with the performance and precision of some fundamental volleyball skills is where the research is most important using exercises on the training device (VertiMax), which considers the demands of the particular talent when training on it, as training is carried out according to the motor paths of each skill independently to advance the physical elements of the trained skills, which are reflected in the biomechanical aspects of each skill, which differs from the traditional methods of giving physical exercises, as the physical and skill training on this device is closer to the nature of the players' talent performance on the field. In addition, the exercises have been built on a mechanical basis that matches the character of the skill's real on-field performance. The research's objectives are to design exercises with the Verti Max device that are appropriate for the research sample's abilities and to determine how these exercises affect the development of certain biomechanical markers of young volleyball players' proficiency with the undulating serve from the jump. The research community consists of young volleyball players from Babylon clubs (Al-Mahawil Club) youth category, numbering (16) players. The following criteria were used to choose the research sample: They will be the Al-Mahawil Sports Club's young players for the 2022-2023 season, and there will be ten of them. The players were split up into two groups by the researcher: a control group and an experimental group, which was assigned a number of five, numbering (5), and they constitute (63%) of the total community. This was done by drawing lots, as The investigator came to the conclusion that the suggested workouts have an effect in developing the skill of crushing in some biomechanical variables (angular velocity of the striking arm, shoulder angle now of striking, instantaneous velocity of the ball’s exit, and torso angle at the moment of striking).
