The purpose of this paper is to develop complex exercises supported by GPS Ubiko and Polar Verity Sense tracking devices to develop strength endurance among players at the Al-Talaba Reserve Club in Baghdad, and determine the effect of complex exercises supported by GPS Ubiko and Polar Verity Sense tracking devices on developing strength endurance among players at the Al-Talaba Reserve Club in Baghdad. The study adopted an experimental approach, with the researchers targeting 27 players from the Al-Talaba Reserve Sports Club. After excluding goalkeepers (4) and injured players (3), the final sample size settled at 20 players out of 138 players representing the central region of the reserve league, equivalent to 14.5% of the original population. Participants were randomly divided into an experimental group (10 players) and a control group (10 players) using random selection One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that Compound (physical) exercises supported by a Ubiko GPS tracker for the experimental group had a significant effect on improving strength endurance, necessary to use a dedicated GPS device for each player to track their strength endurance development, and necessary to use a dedicated Polar Verity Sense heart rate monitor for each player during strength endurance exercises. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Emphasize the need for fitness coaches in the Iraqi Premier League to use GPS devices to improve other physical aspects of their training, and highlight the importance of using a Polar Verity Sense heart rate monitor by fitness coaches in the Iraqi Premier League to improve various physical aspects.
