This study aims to measure the academic quality of life among faculty members at the University of Kufa's Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and to determine the degree of spiritual leadership practice within the faculty from the viewpoint of the faculty members. Given the nature of the issue and the goals of the study, the researchers employed a descriptive strategy that combined a survey and correlational analysis. This method seeks to characterize the phenomenon as it actually occurs and examine the relationship between two or more variables without interfering with controlling or changing these variables. The researchers defined the research community as all faculty members working In the University of Kufa's Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences throughout the 2024-2025 academic year, summarizing (90) faculty members. A random sample of (30) faculty members was selected from this community, representing (33.33%) of the original community, and (6) faculty members for the pilot experiment, representing (6.66%) of the research community. Among the researcher's most significant findings is that: The study results showed that faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa perceive an elevated degree of spiritual guidance, particularly in the dimensions of vision and hope/faith. This reflects the presence of academic leadership characterized by a clear vision, belief in capabilities, and altruism. This is a positive indicator of a supportive and inspiring leadership culture. Among the most crucial suggestions made by the researchers is that: Adopt developmental training programs for Faculty leadership members to enhance the concepts of spiritual leadership, particularly in its essential dimensions such as vision, hope, and altruism, given their role in improving the academic climate and quality of life for employees.
