The research dealt with the effect of plyometric training in developing explosive power according to some biochemical variables, and shooting accuracy from high jumping in Handball. The researcher touched on the importance of the research, which was evident in the effect of applying plyometric training to develop explosive power for talented handball players according to some biochemical variables such as potassium, phosphorus and lactic acid in shooting accuracy from high jumping in handball. The research aimed to the effect of using plyometric training on the level of explosive power of the arms and legs for the skill of shooting from high jumping for talented handball players from the sample, where a curriculum for training was prepared using the plyometric method that suits the capabilities of the research sample and to identify the effect of this method on developing explosive power and some biochemical variables in developing shooting from high jumping in handball according to the biochemical variables of individuals The sample, and the researcher addressed the axes of the role of field work, which included the concept of explosive power for neuromuscular coordination capabilities and its effect on this physical trait according to the biochemical variables of handball players in the accuracy of shooting from high jumping with handball. As for its field procedures, the researcher used the experimental method with a single experimental group with a pre- and post-test, as the research sample was chosen intentionally, and they are a group of talented handball players affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The choice fell on (9) talented players and (2) were removed for the exploratory experiment. As for the main experiment, the number of players was (7) (age group ranging from 15-16 years), and the pre-tests were conducted, and then the method was applied for plyometric training for a period of (8) weeks, at a rate of (2) training units per week (Sunday and Wednesday) for plyometric training, and the variables were adjusted during the implementation of the experiment, and then the post-tests were conducted for the sample members. Then, the results of the tests for the research sample were presented, analyzed and discussed, and the research included conclusions and recommendations. Which showed a positive effect of the variable of explosive power of the arms and legs and biochemical variables on the accuracy of shooting from high jumping for the sample members. The researcher recommended conducting similar research on other samples according to the use of such a training method in the accuracy of shooting high in handball for the research sample.
