Author(s):

Firas Talaat Hussein Al-Hamadani

Abstract:

The research problem is that there are excessive movements among learners that are not part of the correct learning of sports activities and skills, including the activity of pushing the weight using a rotating method. This means that there is a lack of fluidity in the skills, which represent the basic movement form of the activity, in addition to the small number of physical education lessons. The research objective is to determine the impact of the basic kinetic skills of the activity of pushing the weight using a rotating method on the learning of the study group. The experimental method was employed by the researcher. The study community was deliberately selected, as it numbered (70) fifth-grade students at Al-Farahidi Intermediate School / Baghdad Al-Karkh Second Education for the school year (2020-2021). The study's sample was randomly selected from the research community and consisted of two groups, each group containing 20 students. Pre- and post-tests were conducted. The most important conclusions were: The educational program and booklet prepared by the researcher had a significant impact on developing the technical performance of the experimental group for all technical stages of the activity of pushing the weight.
