Results showed significant improvements in agility and strength. The findings suggest that regular aerobic training positively influences several important aspects of physical fitness, especially agility and strength, which are critical for football performance. The study concluded that aerobic training positively affects these physical fitness variables, which could enhance the overall performance of football players. The analysis of the data was done by applying ‘t’ test.
